 Hi friends. The Mz Congo Collection will only review replacement or return requests if the product is broken or with a print error if it is caused by The Mz Congo Collection. The user must contact The Mz Congo Collection support in 5 days after the product has been delivered and provide pictures with defects. 

 

In case of a lost or damaged order, The Mz Congo Collection will provide a replacement order.  For lost orders over $200 with no tracking information available refunds will not be provided. All refunds are issued on a case by case basis.

 

In case there are issues with the reprint, after receiving all the required information, a full order refund is placed to your account within 1 business day after notifying The Mz Congo Collection Customer Care.

 

The refunded amount can be used to cover the cost of newly placed orders or can be used for store credit on future purchases.
