Unfortunately, we also have been impacted by COVID-19. Less staff. Less printing facilities for safety measures. Our normal shipping time is 7 days for US orders, however, please allow up 14 days during this pandemic.
Please reach out to us if you do not receive your order after 15 days at email@example.com. Our team will be happy to investigate for you.
For international order, please allow up to 30 days from the time of order, and that there may be a shipping restriction depending on where you are ordering from.

How Long Does Your Shipping Take?
All our well-known brands like Burberry, Moschino, Hogan, Puma, Armani, Moncler, and many more. All orders are shipped from Italy and arrive in 3 business days Free shipping to the US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, 3-5 working days to Europe and Africa for one flat shipping rate.

If you are in the US, our processing/shipping time is 7-10 business days.
If you are outside the US, then you could wait up to 15 business days.

Do you offer Express Shipping?
Yes, we do. US domestic orders only.
Please note we can NOT expedite the Production Process which typically takes 2-5 days. Your shipping will be expedited (2-3 business days) when you choose Express Shipping.
What If I Received One Item, But Not Others?
FYI. We are currently working with 3 different suppliers in the US. This helps us maximize cost and give you a better product. The only negative is that sometimes, your order comes via 3 different packages. But fear not, if you received one item already, 95% of the time that means that the next one is about to arrive.
Again, this rarely happens, but if it happens to you, just wait 72 hours.
Of course, email us at email@example.com if after 3 days your other items are not there.

Would there be import customs charges for international orders?
Import customs charges may apply to some orders. Unfortunately, there are not strong rules or reasoning behind why some orders get charged and some don't. Thank you for understanding this is a bit out of our control!
Can I change or cancel my order?
Our online orders process immediately to ensure our customers receive their products as soon as possible. As a result, we are unable to cancel or modify your order once submitted.
So, make sure to check twice before placing orders!
How Can I Change My Shipping Address
Once the order is placed, it's final. Changes or cancellations cannot be made once the order is placed. Please double check your order before you place it.
We will always do our best to accommodate any request. Thank you for understanding when we cannot!
If the address on your order is incorrect, we advise you to reroute the package through the carrier's tracking page once shipped. The Mz.Congo Collection is not responsible to reroute and reship any orders if the wrong shipping address was provided.
Mz. Congo Collection will only review replacement or return requests if the product is broken or with a print error, provided that it is caused by The Mz. Congo Collection (Our bad!).
The user must contact The Mz. Congo Collection support 5 days after the product has been delivered and provide pictures with defects (please and thank you). Pictures need to show the issue as well as the whole product.
In case of a lost or damaged order, The Mz. Congo Collection will provide a replacement order (Yay!)
Note, that for lost orders over $200 with no tracking information, available refunds will not be provided.
All refunds are issued on a case to case basis.
In case there are issues with the reprint, after receiving all the required information, a full order refund is placed to your account within 2 business days after notifying The Happy Givers Customer Care.

What If the Size Is Off?
We only review replacement or return requests if the product is broken or with a print error, if it is caused by The Mz. Congo Collection. But we know how it is... online shopping is tricky because of sizes. So, email us at email@example.com and we will sort it out.
Explain Your Sizing:
Our apparel is selected from specific providers from different countries such as the US, Italy, and China. We use specific providers for their high quality. But know this, most of the women's apparel runs a tight small. Especially, the crop tops and the women tees. We recommend buying one size above what you normally wear.
If you are getting the unisex t-shirts, then picture them in male sizes.
Of course, for each item, we provide a chart to explain the sizes and measurements. Use those guidelines. It will help.
But here’s the key:
-If you like tight, get it your size.
- If you like it comfortably get it one size above.
-If you like it super relaxed, do two sizes above.
And as always, if you ordered and still have any issues with the sizing, email us and we will help you get it right.
Our Labor & Ethical Standards
At a minimum, we require that all our vendors and manufacturers meet the following standards:
The Mz. Congo Collection and its vendors will not use child labor.

Protection of the Environment
The Mz. Congo Collection and our vendors will comply with all applicable environmental laws and regulations. Specifically, The Mz. Congo Collection is compliant with MIOSHA rules and regulations, as well as environmental requirements.
The Mz. Congo Collection and our vendors will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those pertaining to the manufacture, pricing, sale, and distribution of merchandise.

Is Ordering Online Secure?
Yes. We take the utmost care with the information that you provide us when placing an order on our website. The server that hosts our store encrypts the transmission of all credit card and personal customer information using the Internet-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol. During the encryption process, information is scrambled into small bits of code that cannot be read as they travel to us over the Internet. What If My Discount Is Not Working?
Make sure you are using the discount that gives you the greatest amount of savings because, at the moment, you can only apply one discount per order.
If you are getting a BOGO discount, then the free shipping will not work... and so on.
Also, most of our discounts apply to one-time use per customer. Go ahead and share it with your friends, but if you try to use it again, it probably will not work.

The Mz Congo Collection Non-Profit
Who we are?
Well... good question. My name is Laetitia Kibonge and I am the CEO and founder of The Mz Congo Foundation. I am a former Miss Congo USA. I started a nonprofit charity after winning the pageant
I wanted to help children who are going through difficulties as I did when I was a child. I was a victim of rape, abuse, and was mistreated and abandoned by my family. Migrating to America and winning a pageant helped me build confidence and made me love myself again so I started the Mz Congo Foundation.
Our Mission is to Save the children of Congo one step at a time by providing education, Housing, Medical care, and providing them with the best life possible. Our primary goal is to fight against child prostitution and improve the lives of neglected orphans primarily in the capital of Congo, Kinshasa. We aim to give a second chance to those who feel that there is no other way out of poverty. We want to elevate the confidence of the less fortunate and give them hope again.
We are now a team based out of Maryland, North Carolina USA, and Kinshasa. We fund and help lead a children's home Congo, and multiple relief projects in the Democratic Republic of Congo. So, 50% of our collection’s profit will go towards accomplishing our goals for the foundation.
What Are You Doing with The Profits?
We fully fund the Mz Congo Foundation Inc. We currently host over 600 children and provide food, clean water, education, medical care, housing, counseling, and so much love
We have multiple relief projects in Congo. This includes home construction, school construction, up-fitting houses that were destroyed by the storm, and partnering with other non-profits to assist in the growing homelessness, suicide crisis, and children abandonment in the Congo.
We are funding an orphanage in Kinshasa called (CEED Tolamuka). Our youngest child lived the first 3 years of his life there and we are passionate about the well-being of the remaining children.
50% of our store profit is spent helping the foundation accomplish its goals and mission.
We also spend 10% of our profits supporting the work of other non-profits
